Who collects your data and what does this notice cover?

What types of data does OpenEconomics collect?

The collection or storage of minors’ data is not part of OpenEconomics’ policies.

OpenEconomics may store and update contact data in its CRM systems, internally manage requests and assign them to relevant teams. No solely automated decision-making processes are carried out under Article 22 GDPR.
Follow-up communications
When you download free content, you may receive up to 3 informational emails within 6 months, related to updates, complementary materials and relevant events. These will not include direct commercial offers.You may opt out at any time via the unsubscribe link in emails or by contacting privacy@openeconomics.eu.

OpenEconomics uses HubSpot (data processor under Art. 28 GDPR) for forms, landing pages and communications. Data hosting is preferably within the EU, though some processing may occur outside the EEA with appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses).
Security measures include MFA, SSL certificates and HTTPS.
Analytics
We use Google Tag Manager, which does not collect personal data directly but may trigger other tags. Relevant details are provided in specific sections of this notice.
