The Data Controller has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO), who may be contacted at the following e-mail address: dpo@openeconomics.eu. What type of data does OpenEconomics collect?
OpenEconomics collects personal data from users during their navigation of the Website or through the completion of online forms for the activation of services, the download of content (e.g. guides), registration for webinars, or similar activities. Data may also be voluntarily provided by the user through communications by e-mail or telephone. Tools used for the processing of personal data
We use the HubSpot platform for contact forms, the collection of contacts via forms, address management, the creation and management of landing pages, and the sending of e-mails/newsletters. The platform collects e-mail addresses, first names, surnames, and any other data voluntarily provided by the user. Use of MFA (multi-factor authentication), SSL certificates, and the HTTPS protocol to protect data.
Statistics
We use Google Tag Manager, a service provided by Google LLC that enables the centralised management of scripts and tags on our website. Google Tag Manager does not collect or store users’ personal data. However, the tool may trigger other tags. that in turn may collect data. In such cases, the information is specified in the relevant sections of this Privacy Notice – see the Privacy Policy of the service.
Interaction with social networks
Our website contains links to our official social media profiles (e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn).
