Pasquale holds a Ph. D from the University of California, Berkeley. He has a long experience in the economic evaluation of investments in multiple sectors, also thanks to an intense research activity, counting on more than 150 published papers, concerning the evaluation of policies and projects using real option theory and computable general equilibrium model methodologies, with a wide series of applications also to the sport as cultural good.

Pasquale has served as Director of CEIS (Centre of Economic and International Studies) and Senior Economic Advisor to the Italian Government, on secondment from the World Bank. During his career he was full or visiting professor at several universities, including the University of Rome Tor Vergata, the LUISS University of Rome, the University of Cagliari, the Johns Hopkins University and the George Mason University.

Pasquale currently is Chairman and the scientific director of Open Economics, and President of the Italian Association of Development Economists. He is also Senior Fellow and Board member of the CEIS Economics Foundation at the University of Rome "Tor Vergata" and a Senior Economic Consultant for the World Bank.



Raffaele is a business economist with a strong record in financial and economic analysis of complex projects and assets in a wide range of markets. He brings to the team more than 20 years of experience as financial advisor of multinational companies and expert in managing business forecasting, securing development finance and in evaluating mergers & acquisitions. Raffaele is a registered certified public accountant and a registered official auditor.



Gianluca is a computer engineer with a long experience as a project manager and business developer for organizations ranging from start-ups to multinational companies in the TLC and Energy industries. Gianluca is co-founder and managing director of PlayRatings, co-founder and head of business development of Open Economics and Chairman of "Base x Altezza" (Publisher of, Airpress and CyberAffairs).



Dino is a senior economist able to provide specialist advice by studying data and statistics and using his understanding of economic relationships to uncover market dynamics and trends. Dino has more than 15 years of experience in using specialized mathematical and economic software and advanced methods in economic modelling and statistical analysis.  His experience includes advising major companies, governments, multilateral institutions and investment groups.
